Boy, things are getting pretty bad when you own the company and get a boss.  He really gets after me when I slack off, not that I need it at times.  Solitaire is not working he tell me.

I will  put my foot down, though, if he comes into the kitchen and starts telling me how to bake and decorate cakes. But as long as it is only in my office, I guess I will head his advice, when I want to.

Christine and Katie are my baker assistants, delivery assistants, clean up crew, customer service reps and office staffers. Some day they may be small business owner themselves and this training is giving them lots of practice. Besides, I like having them around and what better excuse than to have them be my helpers.
